Erik Mickunas presents: How to make Scotcharoos! Here’s a great dessert recipe that involves only six steps and six ingredients! You will need: 1 cup of Sugar, 1 cup of Light Corn Syrup, 1 cup of Peanut Butter, 6 cups of Rice Krispies, 6 oz Chocolate Morsels, and 6 oz Butterscotch Morsels

1 cup of Sugar!

1 cup of Light Corn Syrup!

stir together and appreciate the wonderful smells

eventually the sugar will dissolve into the solution

allow solution to boil

remove from heat and stir in peanut butter

dish out your concoction into a large mixing bowl

6 cups of rice krispies!

add rice krispies to your concoction

mix thoroughly

it will form a mass of delicious funk.

butter a casserole dish of your dimensional preferences.

tumble the funky mass out of the large mixing bowl

press down over the mass until you develop an even surface

Set a small saucepan to a LOW HEAT and add 6 oz of Butterscotch Morsels!

6 oz of Chocolate Morsels! The low heat will slowly melt your morsels, but ensure they don’t burn.

the melted butterscotch and chocolate will fill your kitchen with aromas that will undoubtedly tease any properly functioning Olfactory Systems

mix until blended, unless you’d prefer a swirling aesthetic

Pour melted morsel sauce over the bars

spread chocolate butterscotch sauce over top of bars and chill

Scotcharoo anyone? in my house, these will disappear overnight. I’ll often find people hiding them in secret refrigerator compartments that i was previously unaware of. trust me. they are good.

It was a healirous suprise that came out of now where. Between sets at the first episode of Des Moines live a man suddenly popped of the crowd and gued the band to pay Michael Jackson’s triller. The man not only sang everyword but also could dance every move. I manage to grab a extra video camera and get a few shots.

515 442 0401 between 4:00-5:00 central this Friday For all of you whoever met or spent time with ‘Reverend Reefer’ Terry Mitchell, a GIANT has left us at age 58. I don’t have all the facts, I do know it was a car accident, not health related. Terry appeared on episode #5, innagural seaon at DSM Amplified studios…I first met him at the Johnny Reeeferseed/AFROMAN show in 2006, he asked me to take the lead on the Iowa Hemp Freedom Rally first Saturday of May Iowa State Capitol…it will be hard knowing he won’t be there to give the opening words..after this show time to take a break…..
